Brambling Lodge is a friendly and welcoming home for people with dementia care needs requiring a medium to higher level of assistance. There is a lively and engaging atmosphere in the home; a place where our residents feel safe, supported and can continue to live an active and interesting lifestyle. We have a very well-trained team of care staff and a dedicated activities co-ordinator providing the best possible care. Our residents are encouraged to maintain their hobbies and interests and to find new ones. Our cook serves up a delicious menu of home-cooked food with daily choices for everyone.

Brambling Lodge provides care and support for up to 27 older residents who have dementia. There are 25 bedrooms approximately half of which have en-suite facilities as well as one twin bedroom suitable for couples or friends wishing to share. The accommodation is arranged on two floors which are served by 2 stairways and a passenger lift. The home has a large lounge opening up into a bright, spacious conservatory overlooking the attractive and secure gardens. There is also a comfortable dining room and two quiet lounges for residents and their visitors to use if they wish.

Situated between Dover and Canterbury in the quiet rural setting of Shepherdswell, the village is within easy access of the A2. It is also served well by public transport being situated on the main London to Dover rail line and having a regular bus service between Dover and Canterbury. The village post office and convenience store are within a comfortable walking distance of the home.
